Eat Well is, without a doubt, my favorite food cart in Portland. The food is always served promptly, using fresh, healthy ingredients that make each dish both delicious and nourishing. My top pick is the Island Bowl, followed closely by the Green Machine. Each bite is a burst of flavor and vitality!
My favorite is the hot beet bowl. So good. Filling. Service is always friendly too. Highly recommend!

Food truck in a little food truck park attached to Baerlic. The Green Machine with jackfruit was BOMB. Rice/beans/sauce/jackfruit were all so flavorful. It's so nice to be eating fresh food after a weekend of junkfood, and this was still sooo satisfying. Thank you!!
Delicious, fresh tasting food delivered in huge portions! If you're not starving then one bowl will easily give you two meals. Everything goes so well together and the food is very filling.

Really delicious food that makes you feel good. It can be a little pricey but the portions you get are pretty big. One bowl might last me for two meals unless I'm really hungry. The Locals Only, Green Machine, and Samurai Bowl, with chicken and/or beef are all solid options. They have kombucha on tap as well.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! It’s my number one favorite food truck in Portland!! You can order ANYTHING on the menu and it will taste delicious!! I’ve tried almost every bowl and I’ve never been disappointed!! Rich is an awesome guy! You can tell by the taste of his food that he has a passion for this and cooks with lots of love! 5 stars for sure! I highly recommend!!
These are satisfying bowls and feel like a healthy option in a sea of fast food. I had the Samurai with steak and really appreciate that the toppings are cut small so you can get a little taste of everything on your fork. That ginger is delicious! Great option for that day when none of the usual food categories sound good.
